KLG provides quality legal services at less cost than other law firms.  Here's how we do it:

• We never charge for ordinary copies, faxes, long-distance and evening meals.  Most other firms do, increasing your bills up to 20%.

• You only pay for the attorney who works for you - a simple concept that keeps costs, and thus our fees, low.  Typically, 30% of a law firm's fees go to partners who are not working on your matter and probably didn't even know you were a client.  KLG eliminates this redundancy - giving you a substantial savings.

• We keep our overhead low using technology and occasionally the resources of our clients.  Most firms use their staff or junior associates to perform common process tasks that could be better handled by using a resource in your company.  We keep an eye out for any opportunity for you to use your company resources, which results in faster turn-around time and saves money.

Pricing is dependent on many factors, such as the type of services needed and the quantity per month.  Frankly, we think the typical billable hour, one-rate-fits-all approach of law firms isn't the best way for business clients.  We can bill hourly if you request, but most of our clients seem to prefer a fixed pricing plan.  These clients receive a set number of legal hours per month for a flat fee, with additional fee for any overage.  This allows us to better understand your business operations and encourages you to involve us in business decisions.  Getting legal advice before you enter into a transaction is far cheaper and easier than dealing with a problem later.
